Just can't put enough lipstick on that pig. It's been fine, but recently extremely buggy and looking to displace it. We currently use Service Desk Plus by Manage Engine (Zoho). I love the forums and community, but the Help Desk product is not a good fit for us. OK.so the subject says it all, and it may be in poor taste to post this on SpiceWorks, but let me start by saying I'm not looking for SpiceWorks as a suggestion.
